Cockroaches Control
Cockroaches Control

Cockroaches are one of the most common and stubborn household pests. Not only are they unpleasant to look at, but they also carry dangerous bacteria that can contaminate food, surfaces, and air quality—causing allergies, asthma, and stomach infections. At Tirumala Pest Control, we provide advanced, odourless cockroach treatments using Bayer-certified chemicals that are 100% safe for children, pets, and the elderly.
We use a combination of gel baiting, residual spraying, and IPM techniques to eliminate cockroaches at all life stages—eggs, nymphs, and adults. Whether it’s your home, restaurant, or office kitchen, our trained technicians ensure long-lasting results with minimal disruption to your routine.
How to Tell If You Have a Cockroach Infestation
Cockroach infestations often go unnoticed until they’ve become widespread. Here are the most common signs to look out for:
1. Sightings – Especially at Night
Cockroaches are nocturnal, meaning they’re most active after dark. If you see one scurrying when the lights are turned on—especially in kitchens, bathrooms, or drains—it’s a strong indication of an infestation.
2. Egg Cases (Oothecae)
Cockroaches lay oval-shaped egg capsules called oothecae. You might find them behind furniture, under sinks, in cabinet corners, or inside kitchen drawers. Each ootheca can contain up to 40 eggs.
3. Droppings & Smear Marks
Cockroach droppings resemble black pepper or coffee grounds. In moist areas, you might also notice brown smear marks along walls, floors, or countertops where cockroaches have been active.
4. Musty Odour
A strong, unpleasant, oily or musty smell can indicate a heavy infestation. This odour is produced by cockroach pheromones and only grows stronger over time as the population increases.
5. Damage to Food & Packaging
Cockroaches are scavengers that feed on everything from leftover food to glue. If you find chewed food packages, tiny bite marks, or droppings in your pantry, they’re likely the culprits.
6. Shed Skins
Cockroaches shed their skins multiple times as they grow. You may notice these light-brown, paper-like skins near nesting areas such as under sinks, behind appliances, or inside cabinets.
Why Early Treatment is Crucial
The longer a cockroach infestation goes untreated, the harder it is to control. Cockroaches multiply rapidly—one female can produce hundreds of offspring in her lifetime. They also carry harmful pathogens such as E. coli and Salmonella, contaminating surfaces and posing a health risk to your family or customers.
